First Pickups Purchased

We have our first update to share with you!

We have purchased 2 pickup trucks - a Mitsubishi L200 and a Nissan Pickup, as well as auto parts. The cars were bought in Romania and driven back to Ukraine. As of this writing, they are already on frontlines, where they will be saving Ukrainian lives.

To give you a little visibility - the process to purchase the cars involves several steps. Ukraine is out of pickups, so we go to Europe. Many of the cars are sold by scammers, or have defective parts. Each pickup must be inspected in great detail and subsequently driven back to Ukraine, and then comes the most dangerous part - the delivery to the battle zone, and hitching a ride back. We highly value every successful transaction, as it establishes trust, and may lead to more purchases down the road.

Thanks to your donations, we were able to fully recoup the cost of the 2 pickups and pay for some of the auto parts. A big THANK YOU to each and every one of our donors - you are contributing to Ukraine’s freedom from invaders. But our work is just beginning.
